| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the opinion and order of this court dated April 25, 2006 which suspended him from the practice of law for two years, commencing May 26, 2006, or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on February 21, 1990, under the name Sheldon Herbert Kronegold.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied in its entirety.
