Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 5, 2006, and an order of protection of the same court also dated May 5, 2006, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding and to restore overnight unsupervised visitation between the appellant and the parties' child, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
