It is Ordered that the motion seeking a stay of the punitive damages trial is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by no later than the February 2007 term - the filing deadline is December 12, 2006. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
