Motion by the plaintiff pro se, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated February 27, 2006, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 20, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
