DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion Pro se to Relieve Counsel
of Assignment

Motions by the appellant pro se (1) to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 10, 2004, and for the assignment of new counsel, and (2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on the appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to relieve assigned counsel is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge time is granted, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before January 4, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
