Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve their answering brief upon the plaintiffs-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 10, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-appellants' time to serve their answering brief upon the plaintiffs-respondents is enlarged until November 6, 2006, and the respondents-appellants' answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the plaintiffs-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before December 11, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before December 26, 2006.
