| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Jeanette Traylor for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 20, 2006, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that the child attend the Atwell School, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the order as directed that the subject child attend the Atwell School is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or pending further order of the Family Court, Kings County.
