Application by Berenice V. Figueredo, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 1, 1980, under the name Berenice V. Figueredo Nunez, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Berenice Figueredo Bouchard.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Berenice V. Figueredo to Berenice Figueredo Bouchard, effective immediately.
