| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion which was, in effect, for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 12, 1999, which, upon granting the appellant's application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated February 5, 2001, was determined by decision and order of this court dated July 11, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
