It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the re-letting of the premises involved herein, to and including November 29, 2006. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the November "rent" has been tendered to the landlord, without prejudice, then the appellant may move for a further continuation of the stay of the re-letting of the premises. Otherwise, the apartment may be re-rented after November 29, 2006. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
