Motion by Dan Chin for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2006, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, which was decided by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2006.
