DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 19, 2003.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of this court is deemed accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief is enlarged until January 2, 2007, and the brief in response to the supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel is enlarged until November 15, 2006, and that brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
