Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2005, to stay all proceedings in a holdover proceeding entitled Matter of Uretsky v Acme American Repairs, Inc., pending in Civil Court, Kings County, under Index No. 95634/2006, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the holdover proceeding entitled Matter of Uretsky v Acme American Repairs, Inc., pending in Civil Court, Kings County, under Index No. 95634/2006, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.
