Appeal by Susan Green from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 29, 2006. By decision and order on motion of this court dated September 13, 2006, the court's own motion to dismiss the above-entitled appeal was denied and the appellant's time to comply with the scheduling order dated May 19, 2006, was enlarged until September 29, 2006. The appellant has not complied with the scheduling order.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
