DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 28, 2006, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, dated October 16, 2006, inter alia, in effect, to enjoin the respondent from evicting it from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
