Application by the defendant-appellant HLW Design/Build, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 13, 2006. Separate application by the defendant third and fourth party plaintiff-respondent O.D. & P., Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the defendant-appellant HLW Design/Build, LLC, to perfect its appeal is enlarged until November 24, 2006, and the brief of the defendant-appellant HLW Design/Build, LLC, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the defendant third and fourth party plaintiff-respondent O.D. & P., Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 26, 2006, and the brief of the defendant third and fourth party plaintiff-respondent O.D. & P., Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
