DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue the opinion and order of this court dated July 11, 2006, as amended by decision and order of this court dated July 24, 2006, which suspended him from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing August 21, 2006, or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 21, 1973.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied in its entirety.
