ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 1, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting the fifth decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
ORDERED that upon delivering the above-referenced minutes to the institution at which the appellant is incarcerated, the Clerk of this court shall advise the appellant of the date by which the minutes are to be returned and the supplemental brief filed.
