It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted. However, the execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed, to and including November 27, 2006, to afford the appellant a final opportunity to comply with the prior order of this court, requiring the payment of arrears outstanding, namely $ 6,440.oo , to the petitioner, without prejudice.
