It is Ordered that the motion for clarification is granted. In the event the appeal is not perfected by the February 2007 term - the filing deadline is December 12, 2006, then the warrant of eviction may be enforced after December 13, 2006. Any application for an extension of time to perfect the appeal beyond December 12, 2006, will be conditioned upon the payment of fair market use and occupancy, to be set by the trial court. However, that hearing is stayed until after said date, in the event one becomes necessary.
