It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the enforcement of the judgment until after December 12, 2006. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the February 2007 term, the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay pending the appeal. Otherwise, the judgment may be enforced after December 12, 2006. The cross-motion for various relief is denied.
