Motion by the respondent Jessica S. for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 21, 2006, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
