2006-07996, 2006-09214, 2006-09394 In the Matter of Mohammad Saad Pasha, etc., respondent, v Saba Pasha, appellant.
(Index Nos. V-914-05, V-915-05)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 6, 2006, and September 25, 2006, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the visitation provisions of those orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal from an order of the same court dated August 15, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-07996), is dismissed, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic by the order dated September 25, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal to this court from the orders dated September 6, 2006, and September 25, 2006, respectively, are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
PRUDENTI, P.J., MILLER, CRANE and RITTER, JJ., concur.
