Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 12, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's brief which was submitted to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that, on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file his reply brief is enlarged until November 24, 2006, and the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
