It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the order of the Civil Court on condition that the appeal is perfected by the February 2007 term - the filing deadline is December 12, 2006. Otherwise, the motion is denied and the conditional stay is vacated after said date. The attorney's fee hearing is to proceed as scheduled.
