It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent staying the enforcement of the judgment until after January 10, 2007. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for no later than the March 2007 term, then, and only then, the appellants may move for a continuation of the stay pending the determination of the appeal. Otherwise, the judgment may be enforced after January 10, 2007. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs.
