| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 12, 2006, and July 24, 2006, respectively, to stay the closing of title for the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals and to dismiss the cross appeals on the ground, inter alia, that the respondent-appellant is not aggrieved by the orders cross-appealed from, or to direct the respondent-appellant to perfect his cross appeal expeditiously.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
