Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 30, 2005, to enjoin the respondent from selling certain real property pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to enlarge the record on appeal to include the papers on this motion, and for a calendar preference.
