Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 24, 2006, inter alia, granting the appellant leave to file a supplemental record in lieu of a full reproduced record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 24, 2006, is enlarged until November 20, 2006, and the supplemental record must be served and filed on or before that date.
