ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 29, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by deleting from the second and third decretal paragraphs thereof the dates "November 3, 2006," and "December 4, 2006," respectively and substituting therefor the dates "December 4, 2006," and "January 3, 2007," respectively.
