Motion by the respondent April B. for the assignment of counsel to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to section 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the time of the respondent April B. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 13, 2006, and the brief of April B. shall be served and filed on or before that date.
