Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 9, 2005, as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 16, 2007, and the record or appendix on appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
