It is Ordered that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay is denied as moot. By prior order of this Court, dated November 9, 2006, the execution of the warrant of eviction was stayed until after November 27, 2006, to afford the appellant another opportunity to comply with a prior order of this Court. The appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended to the February 2007 term.
