On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 21, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 13, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "November 15, 2006," and by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 15, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "January 16, 2007."
