Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to Public Officers Law § 36, inter alia, to disqualify Farrell Fritz, P.C., as attorneys for the respondents Scott S. Rosenblum, Robert Lynn Cox III, Hugh A. O'Brien III, Bruce A. Rich, Pia Notaro Carroll, and Mario Posillico.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to disqualify Farrell Fritz, P.C., as attorneys for the respondents Scott S. Rosenblum, Robert Lynn Cox III, Hugh A. O'Brien III, Bruce A. Rich, Pia Notaro Carroll, and Mario Posillico is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
