| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 8, 2006, in effect, to vacate a stay which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 17, 2006, on the ground that the appellant has not paid rent in compliance with the decision and order on motion dated August 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay which was granted by the decision and order on motion dated August 17, 2006, is vacated forthwith.
