It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after December 13, 2006. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected for the February 2007 term and the appellant is current in the payment of all outstanding use and occupancy, then the appellant may request a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after December 13, 2006. The court notes that the filing deadline for the February 2007 term is December 12, 2006.
