| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Second motion by Sharon Brown, pro se, inter alia, for leave to reargue a motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated May 16, 2006, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 31, 2005, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 14, 2006, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
