DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 19, 2003.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the respondent's brief which was submitted to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief, if any, is enlarged until December 11, 2006, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
