Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals and cross appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2006, and April 19, 2006, respectively, for reargument of the respondent-appellant's prior motion which was, inter alia, in effect, to amend the decision and order on motion of this court dated August 2, 2006, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 20, 2006. Cross motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, for the imposition of sanctions against the appellant-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
