| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 8, 2006, which directed his incarceration, and to immediately release him from civil commitment pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We note that the affidavit of Lawrence H. Bloom dated November 15, 2006, was not considered in determining this motion, as Lawrence H. Bloom is not a party to this appeal.
