v Anthony Jones, appellant.

(Ind. Nos. 4542/92, 11547/93, 11009/94)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by the defendant from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all rendered December 6, 1994. By order to show cause dated October 2, 2006, the appellant was directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that he has abandoned the appeals, by filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this court on or before November 3, 2006.

On the court's own motion, and no papers having been filed in response to the order to show cause, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed (see CPL 470.60[1]).

ADAMS, J.P., FISHER, DILLON and COVELLO, JJ., concur.
