Motion by the appellants to stay a holdover proceeding entitled Estate of Jose Macho, a/k/a Jose Enriquez v Judith Abbey, pending in the Civil Court, Kings County, under Index No. 86059/06, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 9, 2006.
