Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 17, 2005, to substitute Lillian Eisenberg, administrator of the estate of Irving Eisenberg, for the deceased appellant Irving Eisenberg.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Lillian Eisenberg, administrator of the estate of Irving Eisenberg, is substituted for the deceased appellant Irving Eisenberg, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
