Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 5, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County dated August 22, 2006, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order appealed from, to reinstate the appeal, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
