| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 10, 2005, and a judgment of the same court, dated December 15, 2005, in effect, to consolidate the appeals and for leave to file a supplemental record, which along with the record and briefs filed on the appeal from the order date May 10, 2005, shall be deemed to be the record and briefs on the consolidated appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, and on or before December 8, 2006, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated December 15, 2005, and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
