DECISION

Motion by appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon furnishing this court with proper papers.

Defendant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent. In his application for poor person relief defendant has failed to provide his total monthly income, the amounts deposited in his bank accounts or specify who owns the house he lives in.
