DECISION

Motion by assigned counsel, Robert C. Mitchell, Esq., Legal Aid Society, to be relieved of representing defendant-appellant on the appeal is granted and other counsel assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law.

On the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected expeditiously.

The stenographer of the court below shall promptly make, certify and file two typewritten transcripts of the minutes of all proceedings, if any, with the clerk of the court below, who is directed to furnish without charge one copy to the following attorney, who is now assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal: Karl Bonheim, Esq.
