Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 5, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief is enlarged until December 8, 2006, and the respondent's brief in response to the supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
