| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 12, 2006, and to provide the appellant with free transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve the Law Guardian is granted, and the Law Guardian, Suzanne Blond, 90-50 Parsons Blvd., # 401, Jamaica, New York, 11432, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as Law Guardian to represent the children:
